Intimate Wedding at Garvan Gardens in Hot Springs, Arkansas

This day may have been sweltering in the heat but they did not let it affect their wedding day! Every moment from this wedding was intentional and special to them. They got ready at Garvan Gardens in the bride & groom suites then celebrated with their family and friends in the Magnolia Room inside the welcome center at the gardens.
Anthony Chapel is one of my ultimate favorite locations for couples to get married or elope. Fun fact, almost all of my couples I have ever photographed here have been from out of state! This hidden gem boasts a unique architectural design, with its transparent walls offering panoramic views of the picturesque surroundings. As couples exchange vows in this ethereal setting, the soft glow of natural light cascades through the glass, creating a magical ambiance that is simply breathtaking. The tranquility of the chapel, combined with its elegant interiors and pristine gardens, makes it a perfect backdrop for creating memories that will last a lifetime. Imagine walking down the aisle, surrounded by nature's wonders, and saying "I do" in an intimate and soul-stirring ceremony. It doesn't matter what time of year you decide to get married here - it is beautiful all of the time.
With downtown hot springs less than 20 minutes away, there are plenty of additional reception options if you choose to celebrate off of the grounds! There are lot's of air bnb options on Lake Hamilton or Lake Catherine for getting ready or to spend the entire weekend as a little wedding getaway. Every wedding I have photographed here has been relaxed and laid back, the couples just enjoy the day as it unfolds and it not a production of any sort.
