I had the pleasure of documenting Jessica and Ray’s wedding in St. Louis, Missouri, and it was the kind of day that made my heart so happy. From getting ready at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel with Jessica’s mom and closest friends to dancing the night away at La Verona Marketplace, every moment was full of love, laughter, and a whole lot of fun.
A Beautiful Start at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel
Jessica started the day at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel, surrounded by her mom and two closest friends. There’s something so special about those quiet getting-ready moments, and you could just feel the love and support in the room.
Portraits in Forest Park and Downtown St. Louis
After some emotional moments with her loved ones, we headed to Forest Park for portraits—such a gorgeous setting for photos! We then ventured to a charming water fountain called Piazza Imo on The Hill, a perfect little spot in downtown St. Louis for even more photos. It was a perfect blend of classic St. Louis charm and personal touches that made the day feel uniquely theirs. Jessica was an absolutely breathtaking bride and the sun beamed down for the entirety of their portraits.
The Ceremony at Olivia on the Hill
Jessica and Ray’s ceremony was held at Olivia on the Hill, a stunning venue with such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ceremony was intimate and heartfelt, filled with meaningful moments. Their love for each other was so evident, and it was clear they were ready to start this next chapter together.
Reception at La Verona Marketplace & Dancing to Taylor Swift
After the ceremony, it was time to celebrate! The reception at La Verona Marketplace was an absolute dream. The couple had a gelato cart, which was the perfect cool treat for their guests on such a lovely day. The food was amazing, and the energy in the room was electric as everyone danced to tons of Taylor Swift songs.
This wedding was everything a couple could hope for—laid-back, beautiful, and filled with moments that truly mattered. Jessica and Ray, thank you for letting me be a part of such a special day in your lives!
